From Première, with its
octagonal shape that reminds Place Vêndome, the historical Chanel headquarter in the heart of Paris, Chanel moved to the J12, inspired by the nautical world and born at the dawn of the third millennium.
J12 watch has become a watchmaking icon of the twentyfi rst century.
Chanel produces its watches in Switzerland in its own manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the birthplace of Swiss watchmaking. From conception to the fi nal assembly process, Chanel teams conceive, design, shape, mold, polish, assemble, and fi t all watch parts, including some components of the mechanical movements housed in the famous J12 watchcases in high-tech ceramic.
